In the midst of life's journey, we often find ourselves at crossroads, questioning our paths and seeking deeper meaning. This group serves as a sanctuary for those navigating personal growth, identity, career and life transitions, grief, relationships, and emotional well-being.
In this sacred space, we mindfully explore our inner landscapes, nurturing connection, intimacy, and a sense of belonging. Each session is designed to foster relational healing, offering a trusted environment to share and reflect on our unique experiences.
Who:
This intimate group is limited to a maximum of 8-10 women and will be facilitated by Laura Travisano and Sydney Leto. We warmly welcome women from all walks of life who are ready for a profound journey of self-exploration. If you are willing to share openly within a supportive community and approach this experience with courage and curiosity, this group is for you.
Together we will gather over the course of twelve weeks to explore themes surrounding:

Where:
This is an in-person offering with our first and final meetings occurring outdoors around a fire at a very special gathering place in North Boulder called a Kirkja. All of our other meetings will occur indoors, in a warm and beautiful space, also located in North Boulder. Please feel free to inquire about precise location details.

Wednesdays from 5:45pm - 7:15pm (90 minutes). We will meet weekly for twelves sessions at two different locations (details below) plus a complimentary virtual check-in session on January 9th to support group members in integrating their experience.

Laura Travisano, MA, LPCC, ADDC offers person-centered therapeutic expertise that invites individuals, groups, and couples to process and understand roadblocks to intimacy and authenticity. Laura is trained as a Level 1 IFS practitioner and EMDR clinician. She is passionate about the transformative power groups hold for experimenting with and deepening all that comes with the notion of belonging and what it takes to heal the wounds associated
Sydney Leto, MA, LPCC, RYT offers an attuned and relational approach to counseling couples and individuals. Her passion for creating intentional and intimate spaces that support self inquiry draws from her training in transpersonal, contemplative and body-based practices. Balancing depth with humor, Sydney believes that groups can serve as a powerful container for collective and personal growth.
