Approach
As a therapist, I bring conscious relationship with my own life experiences into my work along with my professional training. At my foundation, I believe cultivating a relationship of trust, mutual respect, empathy and non-judgment lay at the heart of this work. I understand the challenges of navigating life's complexities, and I am committed to supporting my clients as they explore their unique paths towards self-acceptance, healing, and fulfillment.
Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to always remain a student of the human experience. My approach is holistic, integrative, and client-centered, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Somatic, and Trauma-informed care to tailor my approach to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
I am deeply passionate about helping my clients develop self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience. Together, we can build relationship with the potential that is within you, building meaningful connections, and creating a more fulfilling reality that aligns with your authentic self.
